Rosensky Loyalty Program

“Rosensky Preferred” is a corporate loyalty programme managed by Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd (DHSB) and is open to individuals who would like to become our exclusive members which will entitle them to a range of special perks and benefits.

Participating hotels/Resorts include any hotel & resort managed, owned, and/or operated by Digistar Holdings Bhd and its subsidiaries including without limitation those under the “Digistar” brand. Our Company reserves the right to update, from time to time and at its sole discretion, the list of Participating Hotels, and the details of such perks/benefits being offered under the group subsidiaries. By participating in the “Rosensky Preferred” programme, you shall be deemed to have entered into an agreement and have accepted the listed terms and conditions, and hereby undertake to comply with our terms & policy throughout your participation in the Programme.

General Terms & Condition

Membership is open to any individual aged 18 years and above, including any Corporate Booker.
Travel agencies & Online Booking Centres are NOT eligible to sign-up for this programme.
Minimum of one-night stay in the past 12 months at Imperial Heritage Hotel/ The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort/ minimum spend of RM200 within 12 calendar months for any Honey products/ minimum 1 year with CMS or minimum purchase of DIGISTAR Service worth RM5,000.
Digistar reserves the right to decline applications (regardless of eligibility for any applicant) without reason.
Customer verification document will be issued to the registered Full name (as per Malaysian identity card/ Passport) & registered Email address of the programme via email, and it is strictly non-transferable.
Member may claim their benefits during their stay at either Imperial Heritage Hotel/ The Orchard Wellness Resort, by presenting their Verification document & Malaysian Identity Card/ Passport to our officer at their respective counter.
Alternatively, the member may claim their benefits online by contacting us at ceo@orchardwellness.com and providing the following details 3 working days in advance: Full Name (as per Malaysian Identity Card/ Passport), Member ID, Malaysian Identity Card/ Passport number, Email Address and Contact Number.
The perks & benefits may change subject to the discretion of our management without advance notice.
To become a member of the Programme, an Eligible Person must complete the following:

~ Please allow up to seven (07) working days processing time.

General Terms & Condition

Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd and all its related subsidiaries will not be held liable or accountable for any damages relating to and arising from the Programme.

DHSB may immediately suspend or terminate a Member’s membership in the Programme at any time
without notice and/or for any reason, and in DHSB’s sole discretion; including without limitation if DHSB suspects (even if not proven) the Member has breached or violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in misuse or wrongdoing in connection with the Programme, acted in a fraudulent, inappropriate, hostile or abusive manner, failed to pay any amount due to DHSB, acted in a manner inconsistent with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, or resides in or relocates to a country where membership is prohibited under applicable law. Such termination will result in an automatic forfeiture of any Benefits and the Member will no longer be able to participate in the Programme(a record of such termination will be retained on DHSB’s records). Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall limit DHSB in the exercise of its legal or equitable rights or remedies.

By participating in the Program, each Program Member agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless DHSB, its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, agents, and employees from all claims or damages arising out of any use or misuse of the Program by that Member.

The legal basis for processing your personal data.

We are committed to collecting and using your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect, use, and share your information where we have an appropriate legal basis to do this because you have provided your consent to us using the personal information; our use of your information is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example making and managing your booking and operating and providing services in connection with our Rosensky Preferred Programme.

General Terms

Our rights to cancel your membership, and to revoke.

Digistar Holdings has the rights to cancel any individual’s Program membership, and to revoke any and all benefits or rewards collected, for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
Member’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Member’s misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Program.
Member’s violation of any national, regional, or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges.
Member’s failure to provide and maintain valid contact information.
Member’s failure to pay for hotel charges and/or any expenses incurred during a Member’s Stay, including if such failure to pay is the result of a member’s check being returned for insufficient funds or being invalid for any reason.
Member maintaining more than one active account.
In addition to the consequences set forth above, Program violations (including but not limited to the sale or use of Rosensky Preferred status benefits for commercial gain), suspected fraud, or abuse in relation to promotions or mileage credit is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate.
